Full Time | 6-Month Fixed Term (Potential to Extend) | Sydney We’re seeking a detail-driven Talent Acquisition Administrator to manage pre-employment compliance to join our national Talent Acquisition Team supporting multiple recruiters across the business. As the Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will take ownership of all pre-employment checks once candidates progress from interview stage through to commencement. You’ll be responsible for coordinating, tracking and validating mandatory requirements, ensuring compliance milestones are met and records remain audit-ready at all times. About the role: Duties include but are not limited to: Manage and coordinate all pre-employment checks including police checks, licences, certifications, right-to-work documentation, medicals (where required), and role-specific compliance.
