Description Beach Residential is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development & Recruiting Manager to accelerate growth across the brokerage. This newly created role will focus on two critical priorities: Business Development : Identifying, cultivating, and securing new revenue-generating opportunities. Agent Recruitment : Attracting and onboarding high-performing real estate agents who contribute to long-term brokerage success. This position is central to achieving our strategic objectives, including expanding our productive agent count, increasing transaction volume, and strengthening our market footprint through both organic and acquisition-based growth. Requirements: Roles and Responsibilities: Business Development (Deal Sourcing & Growth) - Identify, evaluate, and source new business opportunities for the brokerage—including buyer/seller leads, referral partnerships, and deal flow for Beach Residential agents. - Build relationships with developers, builders, HOAs, relocation services, local businesses, and other organizations to generate consistent external deal opportunities. - Partner with agents to strategically place sourced opportunities and facilitate smooth de...
