The Silliman House is an adult residential facility. In this role you will provide client supervision and complete all required program operations and ensure the execution of all essential shift responsibilities, IR for submission, etc. This individual will uphold all Agency policies and procedures pertaining to the safety and security of clients, Agency property and the community and provide a safe environment while facilitating counseling, advocacy and support. The program administers assessments, monitors clients' compliance with service plan goals, and involves clients in services that address their criminogenic tendencies. Through case management, supervision, and provision of evidence-based groups, clients gain the tools and support necessary for successful community re-entry.
