The Role: The position is primarily based in our Barcelona office , with the option of a hybrid setup from Munich, Germany . In this individual contributor role, you will take ownership of complex tender and bid processes for Germany , working cross-functionally to support strategic commercial opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Tender & Bid Ownership (Germany): Own and coordinate end-to-end tender and bid processes for the German market , from opportunity qualification to final submission. Contribute to bid/no-bid decisions, risk assessments, and planning in close collaboration with cross-functional internal teams and Partners Ensure full compliance with tender requirements, contractual conditions, local regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
