Purpose and Scope The Sr. Manager, Commercial Operations & Launch Excellence is an internal-facing operator responsible for building and scaling the day-to-day commercial operating system for UroNova. This role drives launch readiness execution, cross-functional project management, SOP development, process controls, and performance reporting for Vabrinty and future brands. Partnering with the President (P&L owner), National Sales Director, and Commercial leadership. The Sr. Manager ensures operational readiness (tools, vendors, shared services handoffs, data flows) and establishes the cadence, analytics, and process discipline required to support immediate growth Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Launch Readiness & Program Management: · Lead end-to-end launch readiness planning and execution for Vabrinty and future brands, including integrated workplans, milestones, risks, issue escalation, and decision tracking · Responsible for the commercial operating cadence (KPI/ business reviews), to include; Sales, Marketing, Access, Trade/Channel, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Shared Services · Build fit-for-purpose tools and ways of working for a scaling start-up environment (workplans...
