Skeleton's Production Department is looking for a driven Production Manager (m/f/x) with the vision to match our ambition! Your tasks in the net zero journey: - Ensure our Markranstädt factory can produce according to targets. - Supervise and lead the Production team to achieve production goals. - Ensure deliveries meet quality requirements and deadlines. - Report on the performance of manufacturing operations. - Oversee machine preparation, cleaning, and maintenance by your team. - Ensure manufacturing resources (tools, materials, personnel) are sufficient and properly allocated. - Plan maintenance and repairs together with the maintenance team. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. - Ensure proper documentation for all machines (e.g., standard work instructions). - Document all trial and production runs accurately. - Provide manufacturing feedback to development teams to improve product manufacturability. - Work with quality teams to improve product and process performance.
