Who we are looking for State Street Global Advisors (SSGA) is the fourth largest asset management firm globally. Global Funds Management is responsible for all treasury, fund administration, and reporting for our registered and unregistered funds globally. This includes valuation, board liaison and reporting, financial and regulatory reporting, taxation, expense accruals, service provider oversight, and managing new product launches and life-cycle events. As such we are looking for an VP to manage a team and provide oversight of fund audits and financial reporting for our global products. Candidates must evidence a working knowledge of US, EMEA and Canadian financial reporting principles and standards. Candidate must also evidence significant knowledge of audit practices, regulatory frameworks and fund structures. Successful candidates will demonstrate a continuous improvement and innovation mindset and be technologically savvy.
