This is a dynamic role designed for a high-performing security professional who can step into any site with confidence, deliver consistent service, and support both team development and client satisfaction. The FTO plays a critical role in ensuring coverage for last-minute call-offs, supporting new employee training, and maintaining operational excellence across all assigned locations.
