Software Engineer Team Lead (MS Stack)

Job Summary: The Software Engineer Team Lead is responsible for leading the analysis of the internal user needs to accurately design, construct and maintain a system to meet the individual needs of the user. This role is charged with defining policies, creating standards and evaluating advanced topics to ensure the Application Services team is remaining on pace with current software development changes within the industry. This role becomes a point person for a project’s success, making sure requirements are adequately defined and aligning dev resources to requirements to ensure deadlines are met, and reviewing code submitted to ensure it meets our standards and policies.
