Purpose of the Role: The financial services industry faces persistent and increasingly sophisticated cyber threats from a wide range of adversaries. The Raymond James Cyber Threat Centre (CTC) protects the organisation by detecting, analysing, and responding to these threats across all global entities. As a central hub for Computer Network Operations, the CTC leads incident response, threat hunting, intelligence, and insider threat functions. In this leadership role, you will guide a high‑performing, globally distributed team, shape the evolution of our incident response capability, and work with emerging technologies to solve complex security challenges. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business and help drive a culture of resilience, innovation, and continuous improvement.
