Job Overview: APTIM is currently seeking an experienced Property Coordinator to support remedial activities at the Argonaut Mine Superfund Site in Jackson, CA. The Property Coordinator will initiate contact with homeowners, and applicable renter/occupants, on the current property list to determine their availability and willingness to participate in removal and restoration activities during a given field season. Strong interpersonal skills are a must, including the ability to communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbally, to all stakeholders and project team members alike, including homeowners, client representatives, regulators, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: - Maintain/update all property statuses to reflect current site activities. - Prepare and maintain the property file - Coordinate property removal and restoration actions with the homeowner, including obtaining required rights of entry - Review removal restoration plans with the homeowner and obtain sign-off of the proposed plan with the homeowner. - Take photo and video documentation of properties and all features including buildings, prior to any intrusive activities. - Assist the ho...
