Overview Salary Range: $80K-$90K: The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Clinical Lead plays a critical role in improving the communication and quality of life for individuals with complex communication needs while serving as the clinical supervisory lead for speech-language and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) services and staff. Minimum Education Required: Master's Degree Additional Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership & Supervision: - Serve as the clinical supervisory lead for speech-language pathology and AAC services, assuming professional responsibility for supervised services in accordance with ASHA standards and state regulations. - Provide direct and indirect supervision to SLPs (Clinical Fellows, Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPAs), and/or students as applicable). - Observe clinical practice; provide feedback, mentorship, and competency-based support, with emphasis on AAC assessment, intervention, documentation, and ethical practice. - Provide direct speech-language pathology and AAC services as a working clinical supervisor, modeling best practices.
