As a member of the treatment team(s) and the unit, is responsible for providing a broad range of treatment and rehabilitation activities for the population served. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1 . Must possess ONE of the following licenses as required by state board where services will be provided: WV: Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) OR Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) issued by the West Virginia Board of Social Work Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) through the West Virginia Board of Counseling Psychologist OR Supervised Psychologist through the West Virginia Board of Examiners in Psychology PA: Licensed Social Worker (LSW) through the Pennsylvania State Board Licensed Professional Counselor through the Pennsylvania State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Co...
