Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: POSITION PURPOSE The Mission Leader provides executive Mission Integration leadership as part of a Health Ministry leadership team, ensuring the successful assessment and integration of mission in all the ministries' activities, decisions, and strategies. The Mission Leader is responsible for the implementation of Mission activities and delivery of Mission Integration Essential Services, in alignment with system-level Mission Integration strategies and operational priorities. Mission Integration directed services include ministry formation, ethics, cultivation of the ministry community, and implementation of the Catholic Identity Assessment (CIA). In addition, the Mission Leader collaborates with the Manager of Spiritual Care to ensure the full integration of professional chaplaincy within the Ministry. The Mission Leader reports directly to a service area Vice President of Mission Integration & Mission Strategy Partner (MSP) with a dual reporting relationship to designated Health Ministry CEOs, president(s) and/or administrator(s).
