Description ASN Constructors is a joint venture of three international contractors (Acciona, Shikun & Binui and North American Construction Group) who will work with the Metro Flood Diversion Authority and other area stakeholders to build a historic project that will protect the citizens of the Fargo-Moorhead area from flood waters from the Red River. The Crane Operator is responsible for safely operating cranes (hydro cranes, lattice boom crawler cranes, and/or pile driving hammers) to hoist, move and place materials and objects.
