Job description

Responsibilities When provided with the necessary service literature, has the technical expertise to service, perform maintenance and repair most: DX equipment up to 100 tons Packaged, water-cooled AC units up to 150 tons Water source heat pumps and associated equipment Computer room type units with self-contained humidifiers and controls Gas fired and electric heating systems found in commercial equipment up to 150 tons Pneumatic, electronic and modular DDC control systems generally associated with commercial HVAC systems Air handling equipment including VAV systems typically found in larger commercial systems Starts system, observes operation, reads gauges and instruments and adjusts mechanisms such as valves, controls, and pumps to control level of fluid, pressure, and temperature in system Provides repair of requested equipment which includes replacement or adjustment of defective or work parts/components in order to return systems to fully operational Performs proper evaluation and diagnosis of malfunctioning equipment at customer sites; which may include bringing questionable situations with equipment and/or customers to the immediate supervisor's attention Performs site star...
