Position Summary: The Regional Service Manager provides high-level leadership and oversight to a cluster of Out of Home Care (OOHC) services. The role supervises Therapeutic Care Managers (TCMs) to ensure the delivery of trauma-informed, culturally safe, and therapeutic care. This position acts as a critical bridge between regional strategy and service delivery, providing senior management support and participating in a secondary on-call roster.
