Arrive on time to all scheduled events and maintain an accurate, up-to-date knowledge of the daily work list and event setup needs. Set up and prepare banquet and dining spaces prior to each event as specified in the Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), including tables, chairs, linens, water/cups, notepads, pens, and any additional equipment or décor as requested. Provide attentive, pleasant, and efficient wait service to guests during banquets, regular dining, and special events and functions, following posted duties for each meal or occasion.
