The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored mechanical solutions with clients throughout southern New England. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and maintain exiting service and design build clients throughout service territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets including commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, engineers, architects, and facility managers.
