Veg PS Operational Coach Enkhuizen In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and guiding 2-4 squads in their development to self-managing teams. Ownership and entrepreneurship are central to this. Among other things, you will ensure efficient planning, remove obstacles, increase efficiency and effectiveness on the work floor, and initiate and implement changes. With a focus on customer orientation and developments in the market, the needs of the team will change over time. A proactive, entrepreneurial, and flexible attitude is expected from you. Your presence on the work floor will keep you informed about what is happening. You will identify relevant issues and bottlenecks and escalate them when necessary. The common thread in this role includes; communicating, motivating, listening, coordinating, facilitating, signaling, influencing, persuading, observing, improving, aligning, and evaluating. You will report to the Site Lead in Enkhuizen.
