Job Description: The Workshop Facilitator (WF) helps clients cultivate their job search and career building skills in a wide array of industries. The ideal candidate will inspire, educate, and support clients to achieve employment quickly. The WF provides complete training to help clients build their skills for employment searching and ensures learning outcomes are clear and achievable, and clients have a defined benchmark for their learning progress. The WF will use techniques that are suitable for a variety of learning styles, and the learning environment works effectively for clients of all skill, education, and experience levels.
