Job description

Firm that provides services to real estate investors and lenders is seeking a qualified person to provide services that include: - Preparing property condition reports, - Providing project monitoring services including design document review, construction monitoring, problem identification and resolution, and preparation of detailed reports, and - Procuring and managing subconsultants as needed Candidates must have: Initially, this will be a part-time position. - Experience preparing property condition reports, - Experience providing project monitoring services, - Experience managing design and construction of private real estate projects, - Advanced computer skills, and - Experience writing clear and easy to understand reports.
