CNC Maintenance Coordinator Position Summary: The Maintenance Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to support Maintenance, Repair & Operation (MRO) as directed at supporting business needs reporting to the site Facility Manager. The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet’s principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics. Principle Responsibilities: - Communicates with equipment manufacturers, vendors, and third parties to obtain information on spare / replacement parts. - Obtain price and delivery quotations from suppliers. - Maintain related MRO files for key equipment assets. - Support expediting overdue/late deliveries as necessary. - Primary custodian for the CMMS. - Participate in stockroom layouts, set up cabinets and shelves, and arrange drawers to maximize space utilization and to provide room for future growth. - Conduct periodic CMMS audits. - Drive company truck to pick up / deliver parts locally. - Ship parts out for return or repair to include packaging up parts, taking package to the shipping department, and completing all paperwork and phone c...
