Location: 9610 Huffemister Rd, Houston, TX 7709 About the Role: We’re seeking a compassionate, data-driven BCBA to lead high-quality, center-based ABA services. You’ll design and oversee treatment, mentor therapists, and partner closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to drive meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct FBAs and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Oversee center-based ABA programming; ensure fidelity and clinical excellence. Supervise, train, and provide ongoing performance feedback to RBTs/BTs. Monitor progress using data-based decision making; adjust programs as needed. Provide caregiver training and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders. Maintain timely documentation (plans, notes, reports) that meets payer and ethical standards. Uphold BACB Ethics Code and all applicable state regulations and policies. Qualifications: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field. Current BCBA certification in good standing.
