Job Description Summary The primary focus of this role will be to lead Regional FP&A activities, driving financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision support across the region. This position will be responsible for financial planning and analysis to support optimal business performance (safety, quality, delivery, and cost) through strong analytical and insightful reporting of profitability, cash flow, and key financial KPIs. The role partners closely with Commercial, Operations, and Project Execution teams to provide timely and accurate financial insights to regional and global leadership. The role requires in-depth knowledge of financial planning best practices and a strong understanding of how FP&A integrates with other business functions. It also demands solid market awareness, including competitive dynamics and key differentiators within the region.
