Section 1: Position Summary: Responsible for supporting the team in providing a high level of service to both internal and external clients while dealing with complicated or escalated issues; provide timely and accurate review of specified trust operational activities within the department while meeting daily/weekly/monthly SLAs. The role also involves a deep understanding of operational workflows as it relates to the individual role and the organization as a whole.
