We are seeking a full-time Bioanalytical Fee & Proposal Support professional to join our Bioanalytical Services team. In this role, you will support the development of scopes, budgets, and pricing for bioanalytical studies, working closely with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and Contracts teams. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, competitive, and compliant proposals while supporting the financial lifecycle of awarded studies—from forecasting through close-out. Proposal & Pricing Support: - Support study scoping and development of bioanalytical budgets and fee estimates. - Prepare pricing materials for proposals, RFQs, bid grids, cost assumptions, and timelines. - Assist with quotation and contract preparation, project number creation, and document tracking. - Support change orders by evaluating scope changes and financial impacts. - Maintain consistency and accuracy across pricing models, templates, and assumptions. - Collaborate with cross-functio...
