AutoCAD (or equivalent), Corel, Cape Pack, Adobe Illustrator. - Higher education (preferably technical, graphic or related fields). - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position at a manufacturing company - Preferred: 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company and at least one year of experience in the packaging industry. - Communicative level of English. - Category B driving licence. - Very good knowledge of MS Office and technical software: - Additional assets: knowledge of Impact, Adobe Photoshop. - Very good knowledge of technical drawing. - Understanding of packaging production processes, material characteristics and machinery. - Spatial imagination and basic knowledge of descriptive geometry. - Experience in project management and 3D visualisation. - Ability to manage technical and colour-related projects. - High motivation, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset. - Ability to manage a team, motivate employees and build authority. - Negotiation and organisational skills, as well as decision‑making ability. - Stress resilience, flexibility and ability to anticip...
