Job Description Team Leader: Emilia Wotejnia-Michalak: Responsibilities · Preparing financial data for monthly reporting, · Participation in the month closing process (reserves calculation, analysis, reconciliations), · Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the bookkeeping, · Execute standard processes within the team according to the procedures, · Preparing and booking of journal vouchers, · Reporting the company's financial results (income statement, balance sheet), · Preparing, improving and providing our partners with monthly/quarterly reports, · Assist in performing internal controls, including month-end activities according to control framework, · Participation in improvement projects and identification of areas for improvement within the process, · Undertaking research and analysis tasks and any other ad-hoc duties related to general business and financial activities, · Cooperation with auditors, · Cooperation with Strategic Partner, · Ad hoc queries.
