We’re seeking a dedicated Team Leader with a background in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling to lead and grow a high‑performing team in Perth, while maintaining hands‑on clinical involvement. What you'll do: Lead with Heart: Inspire and manage a team of Rehabilitation Consultants helping them thrive in their roles and support our clients in achieving their goals. The role will involve recruiting and onboarding new team members. Mentor Extraordinaire: Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, quality assurance and support to team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Performance Guru: Monitor team workloads and performance ensuring teams are achieving outcomes, targets, celebrate wins, and conduct regular performance reviews.
