Position Summary: The Division Chief of Operations provides operational responsibility for directing Fire, Rescue and Emergency Medical Services for the Company. This employee manages line personnel and their performance while providing service to customers . Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinates the work of his/her functions and information exchanges with other organizations external to the company including vendors, customers and agencies. - Represents the Company to various individuals and groups, as required, and maintain effective communications and labor relations vertically and horizontally within the company. - Prepares the budget for his/her functions, controls expenditure levels, and ensures resources are economically utilized. - Audits, approves and prepares time and attendance records, daily unit logs, various work site permits, billing documentation, activity/incident reports, and accident reports, to ensure accuracy, completeness and legality. - Keeps Management adequately informed of the performance and problems of his/her functions and proposes changes to resolutions, MOUs, policies, rules, plans and operational methods, as appropriate, including thei...
