Plainfield Tower is seeking an Executive Director In Training to join our team! Plainfield Tower is a Springpoint Senior Living Affordable Housing Community. We are seeking an Executive Director In Training to join our team. Under the training and mentoring of the Senior Executive Director, become acquainted with this area of work to be responsible for ensuring that the community meet and exceed the standards set forth by Springpoint, the Communities’ Board of Directors, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the New Jersey Housing Mortgage Finance Agency. Responsibilities: - Responsible for program compliance rules and obligations as outlined by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, New Jersey Housing Mortgage and Finance Agency, Department of Community Affairs, Investors, and Springpoint. - Administer to program changes in a timely manner. - Remain current with training and certifications. - Conduct tenant meetings on a regularly scheduled basis as required. - Forecast the operational and capital needs of the community. - Prepare the operating budget.
