Job Overview: Manages molding department supervisors and molding teams, and provides daily direction, coaching, and leadership to supervisors to ensure department alignment with operational strategies. - Responsible for the day-to-day operations and longer term planning for manufacturing functions, including manufacturing, production control, engineering, inventory control, purchasing and shipping/receiving activities - Defines goals, improves technologies, and resolves problems.
