Ship Repair Facility, Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) detachment Sasebo is implementing an integrated Planning Cell to address the planning needs of projects and to assist with the development and maturation of a project planning program. This includes review and standardization of the Availability Work Package (AWP), balancing work assigned within budget available, establishing the initial key event and milestone network, review of individual jobs assigned, development of good work breakdown structure (WBS), schedule development, identification and procurement of long lead time material, identification assessment, mitigation of risks, and upline reporting, etc. The work will be performed in accordance with the relevant guidance including but not limited to the Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual (JFMM), the Availability Management Manual (AMM)...
