We review all applications. NorthPointe Apartments is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Tech I to join their team in Brown Deer, WI . As the Maintenance Tech 1, you'll work to ensure resident satisfaction, convenience, and safety through regular upkeep of the property/community, including timely preventive maintenance, repairs, replacements, and inspections. Working Hours: Typically, FT40, Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with a scheduled lunch period. Property office hours may vary from property to property. The Maintenance Tech 1 may be required to work beyond the normal schedule. On-call is required and on a rotating schedule, one week a month, subject to change depending on site needs.
