JOB SUMMARY: The Gerlach Residence Lead will assist with allocations of rooms, trailer spaces, and living boxes/containers on our properties. In addition, the Gerlach Residence Lead will help support reservations, check-in/check-out, security, cleaning, caretaking, and housing for all visitors (including staff and guests), and will track placement of all assets and personal trailers. The role also includes supporting Ranch staff with the power to assets and personal trailers. This is a temporary, full-time , non-exempt role, based in Gerlach, NV running from June to October , 2026. The deadline to apply for this role is 5:00 pm Pacific on Monday, May 4th 2026. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Property Caretaking (55%): - Perform weekly walk-throughs of the property, noting safety and maintenance concerns and passing information to the Gerlach Residence Manager. - Assist the Gerlach Residence Manager with housing needs for staff, visitors, and any other guests as required. - Will be responsible for the safety, security, maintenance and general oversight of the property. - Work with the Gerlach Residence Manager to place BMTs and personal trailers as needed on the properties.
