Join Us as Head of Data Practice What’s the role?: The Head of Data Practice is accountable for leading Westpac’s Group data and analytics culture and practice, embedding data‑led decision‑making, responsible usage and clear accountability across all Divisions. The role drives a step‑change in how data, analytics and AI are understood, trusted and used, building future‑ready enterprise capability through literacy, citizen development and advanced craft uplift. As custodian of the Group’s data and analytics practice, the role sets the standards, frameworks, patterns and maturity measures that ensure consistency, control and sustainable value from data and analytics investments, while enabling safe, scalable adoption across the organisation.
