Mental Health Recovery Worker Location: North Somerset Support Housing: Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9am–5pm (flexible start/finish; part-time considered) Contract: Permanent: Salary: £25,867 - £32,090 About the Role: We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Recovery Worker to support individuals with mental health needs to develop the skills and confidence required to sustain accommodation and move towards independent living. You will work across two supported housing services (18 units total), providing 1:1 support to residents and managing a small caseload of key clients. You will help people build life skills, improve wellbeing and achieve meaningful recovery goals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver person-centred support to improve individuals’ mental and physical wellbeing. Develop tailored support plans and risk assessments, promoting independence and recovery-focused outcomes. Support individuals to build life skills, including budgeting, tenancy sustainment, and access to education, employment, and services.
