Overview We’re seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Insights Analyst to join our Customer Analytics team. In this role, you will leverage data to uncover customer insights, drive business decisions, and support cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience, retention, and lifetime value. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization. What You’ll Do: Business Insights & Analysis: Conduct deep dives into customer behavior, business performance, and market trends to uncover insights and recommend actions. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key business metrics, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for improvement. Maintain a backlog of initiatives designed to enhance Customer Experience, categorizing and prioritizing projects as needed.
