Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program or project management within supply chain management, operations, or management consulting. - 8 years of experience working with a global supply base on execution topics. - 8 years of experience in risk and compliance implementation, supervision, management. - 5 years of experience in operations management involving the use of AI tools. Preferred qualifications: - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and strong business acumen.
