We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to support the accounting and financial reporting functions for multiple luxury automotive dealerships. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial statements, schedule reconciliation, and compliance across a fast-paced, multi-store environment. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Operations: - Assist with bank reconciliations and daily cash activity review. - Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and monthly adjustments. - Reconcile assigned balance sheet schedules, including but not limited to: inventory, receivables, payables, prepaid expense, and other operating accounts. - Review schedules for accuracy, aged items, and necessary cleanup; follow up with department leaders as needed. - Assist with implementation or refinement...
