Maintenance Supervisor - Mid Shift

Job description

General Purpose: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for daily maintenance of production mechanical, electrical equipment, external equipment, and building maintenance and grounds. This includes but not limited to, processing equipment, building lighting, utilities, and computer systems and networking. Works closely with the production department to optimize facility operations. This supervisor is also responsible for the reliability, uptime, and availability of DFA assets to perform as designed when scheduled. This position is responsible for driving daily improvement throughout their area(s) of influence and manages the continuous preventative maintenance program, completes audits & inspections and implements corrective actions to fix those items identified at risk.
