Job Description Timmons Group is seeking a Civil Project Engineer II/III - Structure & Bridge Design candidate for our Raleigh, NC office location or working remotely . Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a successful candidate include but are not limited to: - Perform routine and complex design of steel piles and steel connections. - Perform routine and complex design of cast-in-place concrete slabs. - Understanding of general renewable energy nomenclature - Assist with the development of scope, schedule and budgets for projects - Assist with the management of projects and tasks - Assist with marketing and proposal development Skills/Requirements of a successful candidate include but are not limited to: - Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required, Master’s degree preferred - 2+ years of solar structure design experience required - PE License is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in structural design software packages, specifically LPile, Mathcad, Excel - Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD for plan development - Proficiency with Excel/AutoCAD interoperability to create pile plot plans is as plus Additional Information: T...
