Process Operator - 3rd Shift (Overnight)

Shift: 10:45 PM-various end times Hourly Rate: $0.00 an hour + $0.30 shift differential Starting Pay – $18. 70: Top out pay - $ 2 2.90 The Process Operator will perform a variety of duties including but not limited preparing, mixing, batching, weights, preparing ingredients according to approved recipes and formulas in a timely manner, filling out all required Government and Company documentation, inspection of work environment including equipment adjustments as necessary, completing all required audits and tests according to company policy and procedure ensuring good housekeeping and 5S standards are met. Jo b Duties: - Complete and return all required documentation (e.g., HACCP, SSOP, Usage, etc.) - Inspect work environment for defects prior to startup (e.g., mixers, belts, v-mags, augers, cooling system, tanks etc.) ensuring proper notification upon discovery (e.g., Team Coordinators, Supervisor, Maintenance) - Verify ingredients utilizing SAP. - Safely utilizing PIT ensuring good housekeeping and 5S standards are met - Review consumptions of P rocess O rders to ensure all items and quantities received are correct - Perform viscosity and temperature checks and record the results...
