RESPONSIBILITIES: - Under supervision, assist with land acquisition activities to support the identification, negotiation, and securing property rights for infrastructure and maintenance projects. - Support compliance efforts by gathering information related to real estate and environmental laws, as well as local and federal regulations, for land use and siting activities. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure land-related activities align with project objectives and timelines. - Provide support as a point of contact for landowners, customers, community stak...
