Overview First line risk is accountable for identifying and reporting risks and working with the business to mitigate them to a level that is within the Board risk appetite The Business Partner, 1st Line Risk role will work side-by-side with leaders in the business to drive operational resilience and strengthen our 1st line of defence. This role will serve as a trusted business partner and a key point of contact for First Line Risk management matters. It will establish positive working relationships with key stakeholders in the business and help to design strategies to enhance decision making, promote a positive culture and drive the effective management of risks within the business The role will be responsible for working with leaders to: The role will form part of, and collaboratively contribute to, the Risk & Compliance department that is responsible for the overall management of all activities that form part of our Control, Assurance and Governance frameworks within RS.
