The Department of Psychology, Faculty of Arts invites applications for a Part-time Academic Instructor for the following course: Course Number and Title: PSYC 301 - History & Theory of Psychology Course Description: [insert calendar description]: Start and End Dates: September 1 to December 30, 2026 Class Schedule: To be determined: Delivery Mode: In Person or online synchronously Duties: Part-Time Academic Instructor positions involve the normal duties related to the design and teaching of a university credit course including but not limited to preparation and delivery of course content; development, administration and marking of assignments, tests and exams; calculation and submission of grades; and, holding regular office hours. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a PhD in Psychology or Master's degree with extensive experience in teaching. Candidates should be available to teach either in-person or online synchronously. Candidates are asked to provide evidence of their readiness to teach PSYC 301 (e.g., evidence of past relevant teaching experience, evidence of strong interest and knowledge of this area).
