Title and Summary: Manager, Total Rewards Overview: Mastercard’s Total Rewards team is seeking a Manager, Total Rewards, to join our team and support our pay transparency initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for translating compensation insights into actionable strategies by partnering directly with cross-functional teams and business leaders. You will help ensure our pay transparency efforts are aligned with business expectations globally, while also supporting other high-impact and strategic total rewards initiatives.
