We are looking for a Wellness Nurse to join our amazing team! Shifts: 6pm-6am Wed, Thurs, Sat 6am-6pm Sun-Tues Responsibilities: - Servant Leadership directs all aspects of decision making - Serve as the “Charge Nurse” in the absence of the Executive Director and Director of Health & Wellness - Contributes to all aspects of medication management, including but not limited to; orders, administration, storage, documentation and as mandated by the State Regulations and Guidelines as well as Company policy and procedure - Assures resident rooms and common areas are always clean and safe - Assure that all care partners and medication assistants are familiar with the residents’ individual conditions and are trained to provide the resident services in an effective, professional, and sensitive man...
