Title: Senior Civil Drafter - Roads We’re growing our Roads team in Perth and are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Drafter to help elevate our project delivery, strengthen our technical capability, and support our expanding workload across major MRWA and national road programs. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being a technical go‑to, who thrives in a collaborative environment, and who wants to play a key role in shaping and developing a high‑performing drafting team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high‑quality drafting outputs for road infrastructure projects within metropolitan and regional WA. Apply strong AutoCAD skills and support automation initiatives to drive efficiency and quality across the team. Produce drawings aligned with current drafting standards, particularly MRWA requirements. Work closely with engineers to deliver fast, reliable, accurate drawing packages with minimal supervision. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior drafters, helping develop capability and uplift drafting standards across the group.
